Since we have a press background, we know how to communicate with the press (psst—treat them like human beings; most of them are!) We look to develop personal relationships with the folks we pitch. We work hard at discovering what makes individual journalists tick and custom pitch our clients and their products based on our discoveries.
We rarely use press releases and focus on friendly communication and informal pitching, always customizing for the right audience—no blind mass emails.
